If your child will be absent from school for any reason please fill out this Google Form:

***FOR ALL COVID RELATED ABSENCES, DO NOT PROCEED -  PLEASE CALL COVID CENTRAL AT 702-799-4322.***

 

If multiple children are absent, please fill out a separate note for each child.  

 

 *Notes must be received within 3 days of the last absence.

 

*An excused absence still counts as an absence.

* According to CCSD policies only 20 absences, per school year, are permitted.
